1000 $ for Editing system that runs wit premiere pro

i got 1000 $ and i want to buy a new editing system that works with premiere pro and after effect. most of my projects are teasers and music videos that are 3 - 4 minutes and goes with effects and animations usually . people here talks about Matrox RT.X100 Xtreme Pro .. im not sure about it. anyone knows somthin better than that?! plz!?

Does that include the PC?

For that price, you should focus on getting the most computer possible. Once you buy the Matrox board, you don't have much left.
