I've been working on the idea since Junior year first writing an outline in narrative forum but then I thought it would be boring just telling the first one's story so why not try both of them? It is something I am doing basing the format from a how to book.

I'm trying to blend two stories into one about my two characters but I dunno if it would confuse the reader if each story is set two years apart. But they meet up with eachother in there parts of the story. would it work?

I meant the style of Alex Proyas (even though the guy is from Austrilla) ,Fritz Lang,and other German or Austrian Directors.

I was thinking of something in German Expressionism since I first saw Dark City. I'm wanting to make a story but I don't know how to start it out... I have it starting out with two characters making a deal. But the main character doesn't speak in the first scene.
