Kim I would highly recomend that you go buy or rent the season I DVDs and catch up for this season. Theres some really good behind the scenes material that comes with the set too. I think what makes the LOST pilot episode so important and special is that they really nailed the opening sequence...

First off, "top 5" doesn't really tell you anything because there are several different authorities making "top _" lists all the time. Going to film school wont be about textbook learning....it will be about making connections and learning through experience, which is extremely difficult to do...

Plain and simple it doesn't. It's an open admissions school and you'll run in to a varying degree of dedication among the students. That doesn't nessecarily mean you can't be successful by going there...just that you won't find as active of a community and the connections that will be a huge...
