Writing Fast motion or Slow motion or freeze image

Hallo to everybody,
I'm very uncertain about writng scene in slow or fast motion or with a freeze frame. What I have to write, in action(description), when images become fast (ex. for a timeslice, or for an accelerated slapstick) or slow (ex. for a romantic Ralenty or for 300 ) comes? And what happen when I put in script a freeze frame?
