Where to search for a screenwriter?

Hello,

I am film school student/ new director. I have always made my projects based on my own scripts and stories, but it is time to try something new. I really want to adopt some other writer's script. DO you know where online I could look for co-operation with young script writers?

What exactly are you thinking about doing?

I am looking for a writer who can write script for my graduation movie. ~20 min long. I am coming from Baltic states and here all of the writers have the same style and the same themes, so I want to look around somewhere else

What I really would like to make is a fairy tale movie for grown ups. Magical, maybe a bit dark.
Or black comedy ( as an example I can give any story of movie '' 4 Rooms'').
Anybody?
