What do you think of this tool for estimating video costs?

Hey, stumbled across this budgeting tool that's supposed to give clients a rough estimate of video costs. Obviously it's not for feature length films or more creative stuff, more for small commercial projects I think...I thought the prices were pretty spot-on. What do you think?

Maybe helpful for some but it's not likely experienced video makers are going to use something like this.
