I recently acquired a copy, but I haven't spent much time with it, because I still use Final Cut at my school. Compared to Final Cut, it seems a little cluttered, but I guess I'll have to play around on it a little more.
One of the things I like about it, but haven't been able to use yet, is it's ability to edit 24P and High Def. So, until I get a Panasonic AG-DVX100a or an HDVCAM, those features will remain unused.
Also, Sony is expected to make an announcement of Vegas 5.0 very soon, possibly at NAB. The same goes for Final Cut.
