What's in your opinion are the best online courses for 2d character design animation and what are some of the best free 2D and 3D animation software for beginners.

I use Kirita for animation and Inkscape for vector art designing. it's not much difficult to learn!
the process is simple find free 2D charcaters and props art in .eps format online and import in Inkscape and then animate in Kirita, simple.
