vegas 6 and rendering to video for flash?

I was wondering what settings are best to render my short films and insert to my flash player for my website? Any info would be appreciated since I've just installed MX Studio suite on my machine. This would entail macromedia flash,dreamweaver,etc. When I reduce my video I lose the clarity of the video. Thanks.

All flash conversions take a good deal of quality away from the video done. If you are wanting this for a blog or such, check out this article onRevver. It's a program designed for videos on websites. It asks for a quickime format video.

I'm afraid I'm not quite sure what you are asking if what I have posted above hasn't helped you. Could you give a little bit more detail into what you are looking for?
