Does anybody know of software that can do/make the following:

Shotlists
Script Lining

Take a look at Celtx. It's a freeware program that can do things like Script lining/formatting, storyboarding, scheduling (I'm guessing this is what you mean by shotlist?), and other stuff like actor descriptions, character descriptions, and all sorts of stuff like that.

Just do a google search for Celtx.
