“House of Cards” is available only through Netflix. As far as I understand the series, whose entire first 13-episode season is available only online and starts tomorrow. It’s professionally filmed in and around Washington, D.C., it’s well-acted, and written by Beau Willimon. This could really put Netflix’s original programming in a new realm of online entertainment.
