When to you start scheduling or doing your rehearsals and how much time do you put into it?

According to Roy Wagner ASC, How much time is spent on Rehearsal. "As much as they need. On series, they have read through if the next episode during lunch. Features can have days or weeks of rehearsal before filming. On set, I've experienced every length of time. On CSI we had a four-hour rehearsal once. Often it's 20 minutes.
