I heard that Peter Stein ASC is no longer teaching cinematography in the graduate film program at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. That is a huge loss for the school. He is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. It is rare that you get both in one person. It is usually one or the other. He taught many lighting classes for us at our old studio off Broadway in New York. According to Peter "...it should flow like a river." Anyone that took the classes should know what I am talking about.
