Penza large industrial and cultural center of the Central Russia. Its history begins since far 1663. First it was the wooden jail with the small posad which received the name on the river of the same name, inflow of Sura. The remains of a rampart remained to this day, and are a historical monument in the downtown. Once quiet town, turned into a fine, picturesque corner in the heart of Russia which kept the historical values and increased cultural monuments.

This is 4K city motion timelapse shot in 2013 on Sony SLT A77 and A65.
Created in mid-2013 and first demonstrated in January 2014, the video was the first about the city of Penza, completely taken with an ultra-high-definition 6K format and then compressed to 4K (Ultra HD). The process of filming alone was more than 100 days, and this has already become a record among urban video projects. This timeline became the quality bar for all subsequent similar works in the region.
In 2015, the video was presented by Penza universities at the Russian-Chinese Youth Forum "Volga-Yangtze".
