Is there a term for taking random footage and adding your own sounds to make a story that it was never intended for?

Some examples MIGHT be "Extreme Elimination Challenge," "America's Funniest Home Video," and or found on various other comedys.

well the term for adding new voice or sounds to any film is called "Dubbing" but in a comedic term? I dont think I know of any..

But I know what your talking about like Kung Pow...
