Is there a glitch on Fame Street?

One thing I don't like about Casting Now and Fame Street is that they mark the locations as 'all' instead of just listing them by whatever city you want to search in, like you'd prefer them to, and when I tried to apply for something on Fame Street, I'm being redirected to a page stating I have full membership and can apply to everything. Well, I know this. Why not just let me apply like I clicked it for? Bah!

I'm guessing it's just not a very good site. Even after I sign in, it just loops the freaking page when I click where it has 'apply' on the advert.
