I'm making a documentary and I'm using still archive images and need to be able to zoom into them. The last version of Premiere I had was number 5 and it was easy to do on 'motion' on that, because there was an option to just drag the image where you wanted it to go. I've now got Premiere Pro and I can't work out how to do it on this!
I can resize the image and move it to different positions around the screen myself...what I really need to know is how to have the image gradually moving in and getting bigger actually in the film itself.
Have you seen in documentaries where they have a still photograph and then they zoom closer in to a certain person or pan from right to left or something like that...thats really what I need to be able to do. I've found motion on Premiere and I can make the image bigger and smaller how I want it...but I don't know how to make it move in the actual film...if you get what I mean? Sorry if I havent explained myself very well!
Any help would be great!
Thanks
Peter
