Grabbing Video from the Internet

Is anyone aware of a good program that allows you to grab video files from places like youtube, ifilm, google.video, etc???

I have found several programs designed to work with PCs but not Macs

I recently learned that there is a program called TUBESOCK which will convert youtube videos to a number of desired outputs.

You can convert video off the internet from selected websites (like youtube, revver, etc) by converting them to flv files through one of many websites that do flv converting.

You can play the clips on your computer using an flv player which you can download for free

There is a great program called Snap Pro x.
