Hi, I'd like to put my new film story from my mind to the papers so I am looking for easy, purposive script writing application, I need your suggestions about that please tell me the applications you're using or used and pleased to use.

Thanks

Final Draft has always been my favorite scriptwriting application. It is quite easy to use. It also has some convenient tools like "screenplay compare" that highlights the difference between two drafts of a screenplay. However, Final Draft is a bit expensive. It costs about $200 or more.

Celtx is free and can be downloaded from their website: celtx.com

Long time ago, I remember writing a full feature screenplay in MS Word, which is a reminder that, with patience, you can do it by tweaking margins and spacing, but you're better off with Celtx (which didn't exist a few years back).

I agree about CeltX. I just started using it and it is working pretty well for me so far. If only this program was around a few years ago. I too would write scripts in MS Word and it is a pain trying to get the formatting and spacing correct. I would definitely recommend CeltX.

P.S. Although CeltX is free I myself went ahead and purchased one of their bundles for only 14.99 which gives you tools for storyboarding and few other helpful tools to help in your screen-writing process.
