truTV Comedy Breakout Initiative Accepting Comedy Formats Starting January 25th!
From the network that brought you Impractical Jokers, Billy on the Street, and Those Who Can’t, truTV is partnering with the NYTVF to find the next generation of distinct comedic voices to create unscripted and scripted comedy-based formats. Through the truTV Comedy Breakout Initiative, an outstanding content creator will be chosen to develop a project in partnership with truTV.
Submission to the Comedy Breakout initiative is FREE for eligible creators, and all Finalists will be invited to attend the 2017 New York Television Festival as Official Artists. The submission platform opens January 25, 2017.
