We are making our first documentary film about stunts in a global level. Just started taking interviews from stunts and people who are closely related to stunt work because we care about their importance and role for film production.
In Praise of Action makes a statement why still the profession of stunt is not that much appreciated even when they take that much risk? For example talking about The Academy Awards (Oscars) or BAFTA Awards, there are nominations for a costume designer, a make-up artist, best original music score, best visual effects and etc... but there is no nomination or even a small word announcement how stunts are important for film industry.
We need some financial support for film production. Let's make a change together!
