I've been writing a script for a couple of weeks and I hope to film it next spring, but I was wondering if anybody could help me fine tune it. It's a thriller/slasher movie that is supposed to be scary, yet still make you think. One of the problems I'm having is adding more depth to characters and making the entire script flow in a way that will make it suspenseful and fast. Here is the synopsis:
A group of people wake up in the woods, and have no idea how they got there. The people start to find similarities with each other and form connections. Then one of them is taken and ripped to shreds by an unknown being. The people stick together to try and survive whatever is killing them all. That is until they start to turn on each other. While this is happening we follow another story line about a mysterious girl for whom we know nothing about. In the end the story plays out in front of you and brings everything together.
