It provides an opportunity for young filmmakers to meet professionals and peers, screen work, and discuss trends and developments in cinema. The submission deadline is September 16, 2011. Scholarships will be awarded to all exhibiters and category winners. Exhibiters are welcome to, but not required to attend.
