Hello, I am currently writing a dissertation, based on female producers in todays society. I would love for any help or opinions you have regarding the topic. I have a questionnaire which I would appreciate anyone completing.

My question is "Are female producers given the same opportunities as male producers"

In my opinion, it depends on the country you are located in and its specific culture. In some cultures, female and male producers have equal opportunities. However, in other countries, women cannot even dream of having such a career. In my country, Romania, there are so many differences from one city to another, but women do have opportunities to become successful producers if this is what they wish and if they work hard.
