Digital camera

Hello!!! I am an Independent Film maker and planning for a 20 Min short film (DIGITAL)in few days..I would really appreciate if someone could help me know which Digital Camera Model I can use for the best quality output...Since I cannot afford a Film camera I would like to shoot digital. However, I would like not to compromise on the quality of the output. please suggest.

Do you want to rent? What city are you in? How much money do you want to spend? How long is the shoot? What format are you ending up to? What format can you handle in editing? Do you have a cinematographer or are you going to be shooting this yourself? Will you be editing this yourself?

And isn't it a bit late to be thinking about the camera only two days before the shoot?
