Cinetools converting frame rates...?

I know that FCP can edit 24P, but I was told it could convert 30P to 24P through Cinetools?
This isn't true is it?
I know that Magic Bullet Suite can do this, but I just wanted to know if FCP could as well.

Well,
it is true.

In cinetools, you can import a video, and then tell the program to export it at an entirely new frame-rate.

Also... final cut pro can do this in the timelines... but the same effect will not be achieved...
try both ways, and see which one gives you the desired look.
