well, your list kind of goes up in both price and quality.

So what it really comes down to is what you're willing to pay for the camera, and how you want your film to look. I'd say on a budget of $10000, go for the pd-170 and use the rest of the money for other production costs. Though the DSR-370/390 and -500 are great cameras too, you'd have to rent them. So it's all about how much you're willing to spend.

Well thanks for your reply ... but I don't have to rent a camera all those camera's listed in my first post will be provided by TV Station along with camera man ... and editing walso will be done by them My question is with that much budget will it be possible to use better camera's does camera affects production cost Like Lightings ? and other aesthetical and logistic equips ... pd 170 seems like outdated these days . and they are doing other projects with 370 ...
