CallSheetNexus.com has built an innovative, practical, and time saving system around film production management that puts certain aspects of production into ONE virtual platform. It effectively combines all callsheets, scripts, storyboards, expenses, news, maps, contacts, and locations into one manageable place. There, with the proper credentials, you can view and edit any of this information. Our system also works on many smart phones. This makes the access of information even easier.
Because information only needs to be added once before it is stored, users can choose from a drop down menu and our system will automatically fill in the appropriate fields. This feature works for callsheets with contacts, locations (which include the locations of shoots, truck and crew parking), and vendors. CallSheetNexus will absolutely make generating daily callsheets easier and less repetitive by instantly putting all relevant information at your fingertips, eliminating the need for excessive documentation and repeat data entries.
Additionally, this information is sharable between production managers. They can create and store unlimited amounts of contacts, locations, vendors, and shoots on our servers because accounts have unlimited space to hold YOUR information. Crew can also login to view the callsheets and maps and PA's can login to view any additional shoot information. When a shoot is no longer in production, it can be finalized with a generated PDF. This allows for management of information on your end, and if you so choose, a central location for backup.
With CallSheetNexus, production companies can create fully active accounts, the only cost of which is derived from the number of active production managers using the system. All production manager's activities can be viewed, all shoots finalized and if need be, work can be shifted from one production manager to another. A vendor search allows production managers to not only find vendors in their area but also to add them to their favorites, expediting future look up. Additionally, vendors can gain access to the site and update their information, or look at their statistics.
