Well you are all back to school now. So here is your chance to enter the 2014 Cut To The Chase Film Festival. The rules are simple. No longer then 8 min including titles and credits and use the Key Element somewhere in your film.This years key element is "vice" Entries will be accepted from Monday April 28 and close on Monday June 9.
