Hello everybody, I'm finally back home from an exhausting trip to NY for DV Expo East with SF.com. My articles should be posted in the news section anytime now. It was a really intense experience, being my first time to NY and all; the Expo was great, plenty of DV gadgetry to play around with. I was also fortunate enough to meet Andrew Laszlo and talk with him about the progression of filmmaking and cinematography, and I also attended the keynote address and press conference for John Waters. There will be another DV Expo in LA, and SF.com plans to be there as well...

This is an exciting time to be a part of the SF.com community, more and more people continue to get involved; teachers, students, amateurs, enthusiasts from all over the WORLD. I feel very fortunate to be a part of it all, and I thank all of you for helping.

Actually, Lien shot the video of the book signing.
I was out covering different events, taking photographs of John Waters from the keynote and the XL2, then writing up the stories, etc.
Thanks though...I plan to do some other articles soon. I'd like to incorporate more imagery within my articles though, the other ones I did feel kind of naked. I guess it depends on the stories, but we'll see how it goes.
