After Effects MJPEG-A renders jittery in FCP

Here is the scenario:
On my computers running AE 6.5, when I render a clip with Lower Field settings and the output module is M-JPEG (apple's M-JPEG A codec), that rendered clip has jittery motion when brought into FCP.
The FCP sequence settings are for lower field first, so I don't think it's a field rendering issue. Now here's the tricky part, one computer running AE 6.5 but uses the Aurora M-JPEG A codec (using same lower field settings) does not produce jittery motion when imported into FCP.

Does this have to do with AE version 6.5 apple M-JPEG A codec? AE version 5.5 didn't produce these jitters when its apple M-JPEG A codec was used. Is there something else in FCP I can check the settings for? The FCP settings must be correct, since the clips rendered with the Aurora codec import and play back fine. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks
