There are three real issues I can see: one is that it's a Celeron, another is that you only have one hard drive, and the other is that it's XP Home.

Celeron should be fine if you're only editing DV, but renders may be a bit slow (either way it will be faster than the PII-350 I started with :)), some editing programs will work with XP Home but some require XP Pro (I know Avid does), and while you can probably get away with putting your video files on the same hard disk as programs, it's best to have a second disk just for video: then the programs won't be fighting with the video and audio for disk access.

P.S. You're not Zacatac from Bristlebane, are you?

15in Monitor: Very limiting. You will be much happier if you invested in a second, preferably bigger monitor. Dell's 20 inch widescreens are very nice, and relatively cheap.

What editing software do you plan to use? Different editing programs run better on different hardware. Also, as Mark just said, having only one hard drive will drive you crazy.

Basically: Your system will work, it just depends how patient you are with editing. Spending a little on some upgrades will go a long way.
