miore pattern

Hi, I have tried the basic approach of blurring to remove the Moiré pattern from this shirt. It didn't work and I tried the beauty box plugin to remove the stripe color and did not like the effect. If anyone has any advice, technique or software to remove stripes from a shirt. Your advice...
