    Best file format for outpot link to ppt presentation

    I've been exporting FCP videos as .mov files. Unfortunately, .mov is not a valid file format in PowerPoint for Windows. I intend to link the movie to a PowerPoint slide. What do you suggest, .avi, .mpeg, .wmv? And, are there any tips I need to know for exporting from FCP to these file...
