    Vegas & AVCHD

    Hi, Im looking at buying the Sony HDR-SR5E camera, which means i'll need to use Sony Vegas to edit the AVCHD files. I have never used Vegas before so im wondering does it allow you to key footage from say 'detonation films' into the timeline? Sorry if that doesn't make sense. Cheers
