thanx for the encouragment. i actually found a 3d animator who may be willing to work with me. i saw some samples of his work and if my project comes out anything close to that then i will be very VERY pleased :)

the tweaking of the original videos sounds like a great idea but i dont know how well it would really work. i dont think the video would flow together too well with a bunch of totally separate scenes. the action varies from film to film and so do the character models. it would look weird...
