This animation was created in Kirita and vector art imported from Inkscape.

I use Kirita for animation and Inkscape for vector art designing. it's not much difficult to learn! the process is simple find free 2D charcaters and props art in .eps format online and import in Inkscape and then animate in Kirita, simple.
