Ireland is a pretty good place to study film at the moment. If u are an European citizen u can even get some money to go to school.

I think if you are generally good at staying focused and you are really good at learning stuff on your own you probably dont need to go to film school because I think you might eventually figure things out for yourself. But, if your the type of person that daydreams about things and ideas a lot...
