More stills from “Land Uncharted”

To those of you who don’t know, Land Uncharted is my feature film tribute to the fantasy adventure movies of Willis O’Brien, Ray Harryhausen, and Jim Danforth among others, particularly The Lost World (1925). The film is about explorers finding a hidden land where dinosaurs still roam. We’ve nearly finished production, so here are a few more production stills for those interested.

Edit: Dinosaur stop motion SFX stills provided by the great Richard Svensson, aka The Lone Animator, aka bluworm on YouTube. Richard is our creature fabricator and he is doing a brilliant job. Please check out his channel if you have the time.

You are taking the green screen to another level! :D

It is not every day that I see such a project. I am not the type of person that becomes easily hyped about something but I can't wait to see more about "Land Uncharted"

I am impressed by the costumes, editing and technicality that you use!

Standing apart from the crowd by being vintage is this project’s goal! Thank you for your support and I’ll keep this forum updated on the progress of the project.

I have learned about this technology in class but I never met someone who actually used it. Once the movie is over, please make a Behind the Scenes (BTS) series.
Much appreciated, I just might have something like that in the works! Even if everyone else is choosing to use CGI visual effects, I’ll always make the monsters in my movies with good old stop motion puppet animation. :)

Sometimes, the old ways are better than the new ways. I have seen awesome stop motion puppet animation and I have seen horrible CGI.
